The artist is currently employed at TV station WRGB in Schenectady, NY where, since 1997, he has been a camera operator, technician, and commercial photographer. Adam also enjoys working in his home studio where he is often found working in oil paints, charcoal, pen and ink, and a variety of other visual art media.

His artistic education began at Shenendehowa Central School in Clifton Park, NY. In 1989, Adam graduated with a Regent's Diploma emphasizing visual arts and design. He then chose a non-traditional direction for artists. Combining his interest in automobiles with his passion for art, he studied metal fabrication and automotive painting at Hudson Valley Community College. It was here he developed his skills by matching and blending colors and paints. Adam graduated with an AAS in auto-body repair and began designing custom paint and metal fabrication for cars.

In addition to building custom autos, Adam spent time designing posters and album covers for local bands. In 1994, he learned an acquaintance of his had attempted suicide and was nearly successful. Adam began self-publishing "The New Blood", a 10-12 page monthly 'zine dedicated to helping young adults realize they are not alone. The problems and difficulties they face are not unique and suicide is never the answer. Locally, "The New Blood" was well recieved and quite popular. It enjoyed a six month run.

Adam returned to college in 1994 to study television and radio. He graduated from Adirondack Community College with an AAS in broadcasting in 1996. Adam is married and has been a resident of Fort Edward, Ny for the last six years. He has donated artwork to Principessa Elena Italian-American Club and belongs to the Saratoga County Arts Council. He continues to draw and paint and he recently completed his first film, "The Adventures of King Smiley".
